5. Payments
All invoices must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Payments are due immediately upon invoice.
Delayed payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
Prices may change without prior notice.
Taxes, government fees, domain registry charges, and third-party fees are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated.
Failure to pay outstanding balances may result in service interruption, account suspension, or permanent termination.
6. Non-Refundable Payment Policy
ALL PAYMENTS MADE TO ZAQ TECH SOLUTIONS ARE FINAL.
Except where required by applicable law, all payments, deposits, retainers, milestone payments, subscription fees, domain registration fees, hosting charges, software licensing fees, SEO fees, digital marketing fees, consultation charges, setup fees, and development fees are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE.
Once payment has been processed, the Company begins allocating resources, reserving technical capacity, scheduling personnel, purchasing third-party services, or initiating work. For this reason, payments cannot be canceled, reversed, or refunded merely because:
You changed your mind.
Your business priorities changed.
You no longer require the service.
You purchased the wrong service.
You failed to use the purchased service.
You become dissatisfied for reasons unrelated to a breach of our written agreement.
You expected different business results.
Your website rankings, sales, traffic, or conversions did not meet personal expectations.
No refund shall be issued for completed work, partially completed work, ongoing work, subscriptions already billed, domain registrations, renewals, hosting services, SSL certificates, software licenses, third-party purchases, or custom development.
Where exceptional circumstances exist, any refund, if approved solely at the Company’s absolute discretion, shall not create any future obligation or precedent for similar requests.
7. Domain Registration
ZAQ Tech Solutions acts as a registrar or reseller for domain registration.
Clients acknowledge that:
Domain availability is never guaranteed until registration is completed.
Domain fees are non-refundable once submitted.
Renewal reminders may be provided as a courtesy only.
Failure to renew before expiration may result in permanent domain loss.
ZAQ is not responsible for registry actions or domain disputes.
8. Hosting Services
Hosting uptime depends upon infrastructure, internet providers, maintenance schedules, security incidents, and force majeure events.
While we strive for maximum uptime, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.
9. SEO & Digital Marketing Disclaimer
SEO and digital marketing depend on numerous factors beyond our control, including search engine algorithm updates, competitor activity, market conditions, user behavior, and technical limitations.
Accordingly:
Rankings cannot be guaranteed.
Traffic cannot be guaranteed.
Sales cannot be guaranteed.
Leads cannot be guaranteed.
Revenue cannot be guaranteed.
Specific keyword positions cannot be guaranteed.
Past performance shall not be considered a guarantee of future results.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
ZAQ retains ownership of proprietary tools, frameworks, methodologies, software libraries, templates, internal systems, and reusable code.
Clients receive ownership only of materials specifically agreed upon after full payment has been received.
Unauthorized copying, redistribution, reverse engineering, resale, or reproduction is prohibited.
11. User Content
You warrant that any content you submit:
Belongs to you or you have permission to use it.
Does not violate copyright.
Does not violate trademarks.
Does not violate privacy rights.
Does not contain unlawful material.
You indemnify ZAQ against any claims arising from your submitted content.
12. Website Use
You agree not to:
Attempt unauthorized access.
Upload malware.
Disrupt website functionality.
Abuse contact forms.
Use automated scraping without permission.
Misrepresent your identity.
Violations may result in immediate suspension.

Internet outages
Cyber attacks
Power failures
Pandemics
Labor disputes
War
Civil unrest
16. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if:
Terms are violated.
Fraud is suspected.
Payments remain overdue.
Illegal activities are detected.
Abuse toward staff occurs.
Termination shall not affect any outstanding payment obligations.
17. Changes to These Terms

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan.
